Important Covid Information

During Covid there are a limited number of countries we can send to using normal Post Office mail. The list will be updated as soon as new countries become available. We are able to send using courier to most other countries.

The South African Post Office is now sending mail to the following countries: (Updated 6 August 2021)

Due to limited flights and other Covid related mail delays, packages are taking up to 12 weeks (sometimes longer) to arrive. Please only purchase if you are prepared to wait.

No refunds will be given for any kind of Covid delays.

Shipping

International
International mail is sent via the South African Post Office. Packages are sent once a week (Monday to Friday)
All packages are sent Registered mail and include a tracking number. Tracking is unfortunately not available online. However, your Post Office should be able to track the package for you if it takes longer than 12 weeks to arrive.

Local
Local sales are sent out via Courier. Packages are collected once or twice a week (Monday to Friday)
Online tracking is available.

Packaging
We take pride in packaging our items very carefully.  If you have any specific packaging requests, please contact us.  Please note that there may be an additional charge for special packaging if this makes the package heavier.  We unfortunately can’t take responsibility for packages damaged due to Post Office handling.

Returns
We only accept returns if the item is defective. If your CD or DVD is faulty, please let us know. We would need you to return the item and then we will either replace it or offer a refund for the value of the item.  (Excluding shipping charge).

DVDs
Please remember that South African DVDs are Region 2 PAL (unless otherwise noted). Region 2 DVDs are viewable in Europe, United Kingdom and South Africa. If you are not from one of these areas you will need to have a multi regional DVD player to view the DVD. Please make sure you have the correct DVD player before purchasing Region 2 DVDs.

All sales are final and items sold as is.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a South African Memorabilia Store product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, South African Memorabilia Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. South African Memorabilia Store reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, South African Memorabilia Store shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by South African Memorabilia Store without notice at any time, for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.
